a) Data Controller and Representative
This clarification text has been prepared by TEYMUR CONTİNENTAL HOTEL (referred to as the Company) as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.
b) For what purpose will personal data be processed?
In order to ensure building security, images are recorded through the total security cameras located in the entrance doors, building exterior, dining hall, visitor waiting room, parking lot, security booth and floor corridors within our service building, and the recording process is supervised by the Security unit. Your personal data is recorded by the physical security unit in order to control visitor entries and exits, to determine who/where visitors come from, and to ensure building security. With the guest internet service, your personal data is recorded in order to comply with the law. Planning and executing the activities necessary to customize and recommend and promote the products and services offered by the company according to the tastes, usage habits and needs of the relevant people; Planning and execution of the Company's commercial and/or business strategies; Commercial and personal data of customers and suppliers are kept in order to carry out the necessary work by our relevant business units in order to carry out the commercial activities carried out by the company and to carry out related business processes. Data is kept in employee personnel files for the purposes of planning and executing the Company's human resources policies and processes. In addition, CV information is kept for re-evaluation if needed in the future.
c) To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred
The personal data in question may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement forces upon request to resolve legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation. Customer and supplier personal data for the purposes of carrying out commercial activities carried out by the Company, establishing cooperation and ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of the Company and the relevant persons in business relations with the Company; It is shared with our dealers, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, affiliates, and legally authorized public institutions d) Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection Personal data recorded within the scope of camera data, visitor entries and guest internet service are subject to the "legal legal basis of the data controller" in Article 5 of the Law. It is processed automatically based on the legal grounds that "it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its obligations" and "data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject". Customer personal data is collected through relevant sales-marketing units in order to improve the products and services we offer and to carry out our commercial activities.
d) Personal Data Owner's Rights Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone can apply to the data controller and; a)Learning whether personal data has been processed, b)Requesting information if personal data has been processed, c)Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose, d)Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad, d)Personal Requesting the correction of data in case the data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, f) Requesting that the transactions carried out in accordance with paragraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred. , g) The person has the right to object to the emergence of a result against him/her by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems, g) To request compensation for the damage in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
